As a ministry founded to equip Christian leaders, nearly a decade ago, we recognised the need to help them rediscover the joy of being fully alive in Christ. In a challenging and often isolating leadership landscape, we recognised how many leaders regularly faced situations that left them feeling discouraged and alone.
Our response to this growing awareness was the creation of TRANSFORM—a journey designed to empower leaders with the tools to understand and live out their true influence within whole people systems, resulting in healthier spiritual outcomes for both ministries and teams.

The TRANSFORM journey
Rather than positioning ourselves simply as teachers, we see ourselves as fellow travellers—walking alongside leaders in a journey of deep spiritual transformation.
The TRANSFORM experience has been intentionally designed to help leaders reconnect with the Lord in their personal discipleship journey, rediscover the joy and security of being a beloved son or daughter of God, and—out of renewed intimacy with Him—cultivate healthier, more life-giving relationships with others, particularly within the contexts where they lead and serve.

TRANSFORM is specifically designed for church leaders and Christian leaders who are passionate about leading a church or ministry of fruitful disciples that make a major impact for the Kingdom of God. An intentional and structured Christian leadership programme, TRANSFORM will strengthen your existing ministry and help make it even more effective.
It will help you ground your leadership firmly in the Biblical principles of identity, freedom, and transformation and equip you to go even deeper into God personally, confident that this will lead to greater influence and fruitfulness in your life and ministry.
This immersive course is particularly useful for leaders who want to kick-start or accelerate the process of personal and corporate discipleship. During the course you will delve deeper into the subject matter covered in the Freedom in Christ course, the Freed to Lead course and the new Grace course.
